Georgia has previously managed an Aquatic Occupational Therapy program and she has more than 7 years of experience working with children as a swimming instructor and has instructor qualifications including AUSTSWIM national qualification to teach and AUSTSWIM Teaching Aquatics.
She has extensive knowledge across many domains within Occupational Therapy and she has been involved in supporting clients with a range of challenges. Georgia also has received specific training mental health training for youth though Headspace.
Georgia is known to have a vibrant energy which encourages clients to feel motivated and confident to face challenges presented within their lifespan. She has a great attitude to life which is infectious to work colleagues and clients.
Georgia has received a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy Australian Catholic University. She is also a member of Occupational Therapy Australia and has Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Georgia’s experience and interests include clients who are neurodiverse, both children and youth, and she hopes to support the client and families during their progress. She feels privileged to be in a role which allows her access to family dynamics and to support the client and families to navigate and improve unique and important life stories.
